Mission

We are currently recruiting for AI & Digital Innovation Business Owners to join our offices in Genoa, Rome, Milan, Taranto (Italy) within the Global Strategic Initiatives Division.

You will support the implementation of AI and digital innovation initiatives by contributing to the design and improvement of business models, monitoring project performance, and fostering a culture of innovation. This role focuses on operational support for digital portfolio management, KPI tracking, and assisting in the governance of the AI Factory for Business to drive measurable results.

Key Accountabilities
AI Business Design Support
  • Assist in the development of new AI-driven services and enhancement of existing business models.
  • Provide operational support in gathering data and insights to inform AI business strategies.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving business processes through AI.
Innovation Management & Digital Portfolio Assistance
  • Support the management of digital innovation projects within the AI portfolio.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on project KPIs such as ROI and P&L.
  • Participate in promoting AI and digital innovation culture through workshops and training.
AI Factory Governance Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the governance activities of the AI Factory for Business.
  • Help maintain project roadmaps and track progress toward strategic objectives.
KPI Monitoring & Reporting
  • Collect and organize data to support KPI monitoring and performance evaluation.
  • Generate regular reports on project outcomes and provide basic analysis to guide decision-making.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support communication and coordination with external partners and vendors as needed.
Education

Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in AI, digital innovation, business strategy, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with project management and data analysis.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications is a plus.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data to support project monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across various functions.
