We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven admissions professional with a strong focus on student recruitment, relationship management, and enrollment growth to join our Admission team starting from July 2025, who will support our future new families and students.
Main tasks: Work closely with educational agents, school counselors, and institutional partners to promote academic programs and convert prospective students into enrolled candidates.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about higher education, with a deep understanding of the international student market and the decision-making processes behind study-abroad pathways.
Assist the Admissions Manager in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures.
Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open days, college tours, and orientation sessions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school’s admissions platforms.
Combines a consultative approach with a clear sales orientation, leveraging data insights, market trends, and persuasive communication to guide students and families through the admissions journey.
Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records.
Adept at delivering impactful presentations, hosting info sessions, and nurturing long-term partnerships with external stakeholders to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, Communication, Business or a related field.
Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or admissions software is an advantage.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
