An opportunity has arisen for a Administrative Secretary to join the procurement department during the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Create and enforce timelines to meet targets, and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Brief staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, advising on changes as needed.
  • Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
  • Oversee stock, inventory management, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
  • Handle vendor registration, code creation, price updates, and purchase orders, ensuring proper expense allocation.
  • Report operational problems, conflicts, incidents, and technical glitches to the Supervisor promptly.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures and conduct regular checks and audits to maintain hospitality standards and customer service excellence.
