Job Description:

Our store is looking for an Addetto Vendita Polivalente (m/f).

Your missions in the store:

Provide customers with a unique shopping experience:

• Warmly welcome, assist, and retain our customers during their shopping experience;
• Maximize sales by providing the best advice on all Maisons du Monde products and services (Rhinov, Marketplace, etc.);
• Monitor and prepare click & collect orders;
• Manage cash payments following company procedures.

Confer style to our store:

• Participate in receiving merchandise, restocking, and setting up products to highlight our collections;
• Apply the Maisons du Monde visual concept to inspire our customers.

Contribute to the success of the store:

• Understand the store's commercial indicators and work with your managers and team to implement action plans to achieve goals;
• Increase sales and conversion rates.

Spread and share the values of Maisons du Monde:

• Be an ambassador and represent the brand: know the values, projects of the company and share them with customers.
