An engineering solutions company based in Tuscany is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Manager. This role involves managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Accounting or a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with at least 3 years in finance, and strong Excel skills.

Competenze

• 3 years of experience in Administration and Finance department.
• Exposure to all related professional activities.

Mansioni

• Support in managing the Accounts Payable cycle.
• Support in managing the Accounts Receivable cycle.
• Monitoring accounts receivable invoicing for specific clients.
• Quarterly reconciliation of bank statements.
• Support during audit reviews by the Statutory Auditor.
• Prepare accounting data for financial statements.
