Activities

Accounting

• Suppliers / Customers Accounting
• Stock Accounting
• Asset Accounting
• Period end entries : provisions, accruals, deferrals, etc.
• Invoice Protocol Management
• Preparation of accounting documentation to support tax returns

Tax

• Preparation of annual tax returns (IRES, IRAP, VAT, IMU, 770);
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly tax returns (Intrastat, Lipe, etc.)
• Support regarding the correct tax treatment of invoices received
• Preparation of tax models (F24-F23)

Control activities :

• Control of mandatory books
• Control of withholding taxes
• Bank reconciliations
• Control and balancing of CO.GE.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle issues diplomatically and proactively
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
