The role involves managing invoicing, supporting closure processes, and analyzing intercompany reconciliations. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and 2-3 years of experience in accounting. The position offers a hybrid model with flexible hours, health insurance, and a collaborative environment.

Your contribution to Prysmian’s Success :

We are looking for an Accountant who will report to the Senior Accountant and will be part of the Transmission Business Unit Finance team based in Milano.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage active and passive invoicing and accounting records and reconciliation;
• Support in monthly quarterly and annual closures;
• Support in structuring procedures and processes;
• Day by day accounting activities;
• Analysis of intercompany reconciliation;
• Analysis of all the outstanding invoices and preparation of the relevant accrual necessary for the monthly closure of the legal entity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation in Economics Accounting
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Word Ppt.)
• Proficiency English knowledge both written and spoken.

Experience And Soft Skills

• 2-3 years as Junior accountant
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the details
• Flexibility and ability to work within a team.
• Strong ability to multitask and work on different systems and accounts daily to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
