About the role

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Manager (Project Manager) will service our client’s various content production, and requests range from video production and post‑production to content for the web (static and dynamic), e‑commerce content and print and POS materials.

A strong understanding of digital content, motion design and print production is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. Data collection is a must and actualised via several platforms that the resource will be given the skills to master. The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations in both account/project management and production of digital and print content. A good knowledge or history of work in digital ecosystem (Web, CRM, Social) is desirable. The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects within the group.

You will form part of a team that delivers the following: creative & design; content and video production & post; e‑commerce content, print content, point of sales content; copywriting (editorial and social captions).

What you will be doing
  • Work closely with Designers, copywriters and motion graphic designers to align on content that needs to be produced, whether it be stills, videos or animations.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Verify that all contents are coherent and consistent with the client brand guidelines on all platforms and with the creative team.
  • Make sure that all content being produced follows the client’s tone of voice and guidelines.
What you need to be great in this role
  • Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution‑based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills.
  • Proficiency in Italian & English is required as we are a global business.
  • Thrives in an environment of continual feedback and optimising performances.
  • Knowledge of digital and print production.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise under tight deadlines and/or with interruptions, producing accurate results within quick turnaround times.
  • Calm and collected.
  • Actively listens, requests clarification when needed.
  • Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one’s own development.
  • Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution.
  • Experience meeting clients.

  • Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • An outstanding background in digital content and production.

  • Excellent knowledge of social content and digital content (website, CRM, production).

Not essential but definitely an advantage:

  • Experience with OTC and pharmaceutical brands is a plus.
  • Background in a creative agency environment.
  • Skilled in communication and marketing.
