A leading global marketplace in Italy is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects from initial client orders to delivery. The role requires strong client communication skills and the ability to negotiate with factories. Responsibilities include managing logistics, resolving disputes, and providing warranty support. Client Order Calculation: Prepare accurate calculations and quotations for client orders.
End-to-End Project Management: Oversee projects from initial order through to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
Factory Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with factories regarding pricing, timelines, and specifications.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing updates.
Site Manager Coordination & Factory Checks: Organize and manage factory checks, including coordinating and overseeing the Site Manager's related work.
Delivery Logistics: Arrange and manage the logistics of delivery from the factory to the client's location.
Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes related to product defects or other issues.
Post-Sales & Warranty Support: Provide comprehensive post-sales service and warranty support to clients.
