Job Description

Mapo Tapo seeks an Account Manager — Creator Partnerships to drive its next growth phase. This key role involves growing and managing a global network of content creators. You'll operate like a B2B Account Manager, owning a pipeline, driving measurable performance through outreach, activation, and conversion, ensuring partnerships translate into meaningful bookings and long-term engagement for our outdoor community.

What you will do
  • Identify, contact, and onboard new content creators aligned with Mapo Tapo's values and adventure spirit.
  • Manage the creator partnership pipeline like a B2B funnel, from outreach and activation to performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to refine and scale the global ambassador program.
The ideal candidate
  • A genuine outdoor enthusiast, actively practicing at least two outdoor sports such as climbing or skiing.
  • A natural seller, driven by tangible growth results and eager to significantly increase earnings through performance.
  • Data-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable, and entrepreneurial with excellent written and spoken English.
