PIQUADRO S.P.A. SALES ASSISTANT - Milano

Salary: Negotiable.

Reports to: Sales Manager; Type of contract: Tempo det. Part-time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
  • Maximize sales for the store.
  • Develop enduring relationships with clients.
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request.
  • Approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy.
  • Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
  • Understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance.
  • Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
  • Handle returns of merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard.
  • Support the team on the general operations of the "Piquadro" store.
  • Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.
  • Operate cash registers and close daily revenues.
  • Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet targets.
Candidate Profile
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated.
  • Retail or service industry experience.
  • Great customer service and people skills.
  • Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues.
  • Good standard of numeracy and problem solving.
  • Ability to work towards goals.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Dynamic and creative.
