Within the Corporate Finance area you will have the opportunity to relate to evaluation activities in the M&A, Financial Reporting and Fundraising Operations fields. The projects developed will refer to the evaluation activities of companies or investment projects, business planning, project financing, Cost-Benefit analysis, market analysis and Management Control activities. To join the team you will need to have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering and / or Master’s degree in Finance and / or Accounting (also in progress with the possibility of completion within one year),
• Good knowledge of evaluation and business planning methods, Proactivity and resourcefulness in market analysis and specific research activities;
• Good knowledge of financial modeling and use of Excel, Aptitude for team working, organizational and problem solving skills,
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
