Senior Business Development Manager

As an Area Manager in Europa, you will play a key part in the success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop a network of distributors across Europe.

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and develop a network of European distributors.
• Monitor performance and define shared objectives and action plans.
• Conduct market research and open up new markets and channels.
• Support the distributor network in managing complex negotiations and technical-commercial offers.
• Collect market feedback and collaborate with internal functions (technical, R&D, marketing).
• Participate in international trade fairs and make regular trips to clients and partners.
• Negotiate commercial conditions and define distribution agreements.
• Report to the Commercial Director, analyze KPIs, and support strategic planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Preferred degree in Engineering.
• Consolidated experience in area manager / export manager or commercial external roles, in the metalmechanical or industrial sector.
• Excellent knowledge of English and a second European language.
• Ability to work independently on international markets and manage complex relationships.
• Strategic vision and strong orientation towards objectives, leadership, organization, and autonomous management of times and priorities, effective negotiation.
