Maintenance technician

Hyatt Centric Murano Venice, located in the Venetian lagoon, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities, supporting guest satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance requests and scheduled works with attention to quality and guest satisfaction.
• Operating machinery and equipment to provide continuous utilities.
• Managing material deliveries and maintaining safety standards.
• Handling power tools and supporting emergency procedures.
• Completing work orders and preventive maintenance efficiently.

Customer Service:

• Responding courteously to guest and colleague inquiries.
• Maintaining positive relationships and professional appearance.
• Participating in training and team meetings.
