Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bell Boy to join our team at [Hotel Name]. The Bell Boy will assist guests with luggage, direct them to their rooms, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and escort them to their rooms.
• Ensure guests have everything needed upon check-in, including room keys and hotel information.
• Guide guests to hotel facilities and provide details about services and events.
• Assist with transportation needs by driving hotel vans, ensuring safe and timely travel.
• Handle guest requests for additional items promptly.
• Keep luggage carts and bellman areas organized and clean.
• Safeguard guest property and report any suspicious activities.
• Help guests with check-out and luggage handling for a smooth departure.
• Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, and attractions to enhance their stay.
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping for seamless service.
• Skills required include excellent communication, interpersonal skills, a valid Italian Drive License B, efficiency under pressure, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Maintain a professional appearance according to hotel standards.
