We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern areas, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Aliaxis Italy.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base in the assigned areas. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs will also be key.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Visiting clients for technical promotion of our products
  2. Managing sales across different brands and promoting our brand values
  3. Achieving sales targets, including price increase and overdue management
  4. Analyzing competitors' operations
  5. Developing market specification actions
  6. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with targeted customers/stakeholders
  7. Taking orders from clients
  8. Supporting and guiding sales staff and agents
  9. Adhering to driving safety rules
  10. Creating tailored offers in collaboration with our Technical Office

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

  • Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plus
  • Experience in sales and client management, with strong familiarity with the area and customers
  • Proficiency in English
  • Availability to travel within the assigned area (southern and central Italy)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical, results-oriented approach
  • Customer-centric attitude, with courtesy and competence
