Product Developer R&D

Tasks

• Active part of R&D team, with impact on projects pipeline
• Raw materials evaluation/harmonization
• Conduct trials at pilot plant
• Support the production in case of optimization of the existing formula
• Collaboration with Quality/Production/Local Purchasing/CS
• Support customers’ needs and requests e.g. technical visits at customers premises
• Project Management
• Support integration activities

Skills

• Graduate in Food Science and Technology or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in food company R&D.
• Profound experience in managing product development projects - from the definition of the formulation to the realization of the finished product
• Experience in the meat sector is an asset
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Good team spirit
