For our Sesto Fiorentino facility, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the role involves providing technical-scientific support and ensuring compliance during production activities across all lines, focusing on Quality issues, troubleshooting, impact assessments, and ensuring batch record documentation meets quality standards.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Quality contact in production areas, providing technical-scientific support for issues encountered;
• Perform troubleshooting and determine intervention methods based on impact assessments;
• Conduct Batch Review activities, evaluate machine cycles and process alarms;
• Prepare and preliminarily check documentation necessary for batch release in the assigned production area;
• Authorize resumption of production after major maintenance interventions;
• Assist in preparing inspections and training production personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Biology, Biotechnology);
• Brief experience in the pharmaceutical environment, preferably in production;
• Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work well in a team;
• Troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

This position initially offers a fixed-term contract of twelve months.

Availability to work shifts, including night shifts, is required.
