Job summary

Exos is seeking a Dance Fitness Instructor to lead our fitness classes. You will create, deliver, and motivate with innovative routines, while maintaining professionalism and punctuality.

We value collaborative leadership both in the studio and beyond, guiding participants toward peak readiness. The role requires a current nationally accredited group exercise certification and CPR/AED certification, with licensing for branded formats as applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must also be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification, and maintaining it throughout employment.
