We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Zonal Business Manager (ZBM) to lead, develop, and manage sales operations for our division in JAIPUR. The ZBM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing Regional Business Manager, Area Business Development Managers and Medical Representatives, building strong relationships with doctors and channel partners, and executing company strategy across the division.

Key Responsibilities
Management
  • Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned division.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement Zonal sales strategies and action plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities, potential territories, and business gaps.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead a team of DBM, Regional Business Development Manager Area Business Development Managers (ABDMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Conduct field work, joint field visits, and performance reviews.
  • Coach, mentor, and train the team for improved productivity.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of field force.
Relationship & Market Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key doctors, KOLs, hospitals, and institutions.
  • Manage distributor/stockist network to ensure product availability.
  • Execute CMEs, promotional activities, and product launches in the division.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business insights.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and regional business reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory norms.
  • Monitor budget, expenses, ROI, and operational discipline.
Required Candidate Profile
Education
  • B.Sc / B.Pharm / Any Graduate (MBA preferred).
Experience
  • 10 to 20 years in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Minimum 10 years in managerial roles such as ABM/RBM/DSM.
