Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zoho One Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize Zoho applications across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in implementing Zoho One modules and improving business workflows through automation and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and manage Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, People, Creator, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics, etc.).
  • Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, blueprints, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain Deluge scripts and custom functions.
  • Integrate Zoho apps with third‑party tools and internal systems.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, security, and access controls.
  • Support HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams with Zoho solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience with Zoho One implementation and administration.
  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Zoho Creator.
  • Experience with Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations.
  • Good understanding of business processes (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations).
  • Experience in data migration, reporting, and Zoho Analytics.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Zoho certifications (CRM / Creator / People) – added advantage.
  • Experience in automation, workflow optimization, and custom app development.
  • Ability to train users and handle change management.
