Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a seasoned SAP FICO consultant with SAP S/4HANA exposure to lead financial modules integration and cost controlling initiatives.

The ideal candidate will design and configure costing elements, cost centers, internal orders, and profitability analysis, while collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure smooth data migration and production deployment.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on with configuring and supporting Cost Elements, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Planning, Budgeting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience with Product Cost Controlling.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO integration with MM and other SAP modules.
• Experience with solution design, data migration, cutover management, and user training.
• Proven experience in SAP enhancements and customizations from requirements through production deployment.
• Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with stakeholders.
• SAP Certification in FICO or related areas preferred.

• Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cross-functional process and data impacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• SAP Certification in FICO or related areas is preferred.
