Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a senior SAP GRC Consultant to lead hands-on SAP GRC Access Control implementations and security design across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM and Fiori.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP GRC experience, auditor collaboration, and governance expertise to deliver compliant security solutions and support upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP GRC experience in Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules: ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM.
• Strong SoD risk analysis and remediation capabilities across SAP landscapes.
• Expertise in design of security roles, user provisioning, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM).
• Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, and Fiori.
• Perform SoD risk analysis and remediation activities.
• Manage user access provisioning, firefighter access, and emergency access management.
• Conduct security audits and compliance reviews per policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide security solutions.
• Support security & GRC upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, role design standards, and compliance reports.
• Troubleshoot authorization-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with auditors during audit engagements.

• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis and remediation activities.
• Manage user access provisioning, firefighter access, and emergency access management.
• Conduct security audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide security solutions.
• Support SAP security & GRC upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, role design standards, and compliance reports.
• Troubleshoot authorization-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors during audit engagements.
