Job Description

As a Workload Automation Consultant, you will be the primary customer-facing advisor for our internal business units. Instead of maintaining backend platform infrastructure, your mission is to design intelligent, application-level workflows, eliminate manual touchpoints, and pioneer AI-driven automation innovations directly with our customers.

AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts, Generative AI APIs, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is highly desirable.

No Infrastructure Overhead: Understanding of OS architectures (Linux, Windows) is required, but you are excited that your core focus is on delivering business value at the application layer, not server maintenance.
