Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Workiva Developer at the manager level to support the newly implemented Workiva solution. This role leads the engineering team, ensures data imports and reports are accurate, and enables secure access for business users in a controlled environment.

You will work hands-on with Workiva, drive data governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a stable, high‑performing reporting platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supporting Workiva.
• Experience with data integration and reporting platforms.
• Exposure to governance and segregation of duties.
• Experience with a variety of source systems and implementations of Workiva.

Role Overview

The Workiva Developer is an engineering manager responsible for supporting the newly implemented Workiva solution.

Key Responsibilities

Address user queries with data integration, reports, data entry.

Update data imports and reports as required

Ensure completion of data sets

Provide access for users to sections ensuring adherence to segregation of duties as defined by the business

Hands on experience with Workiva.

Solid understanding of data management.

Knowledge of a business reporting cycle and processes.
