Role Description

The Working Capital Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. • Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and interpretation of balance sheets and income statements.

• Ability to manage portfolios, track performance, and ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, along with sound documentation and report-writing abilities.
• Comfort with using banking systems, MS Office tools, and digital platforms for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate or SME banking, especially in working capital or trade finance, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client requirements, and meet business targets ethically.
