Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites a dynamic leader to build and scale the New Age Business (NAB) vertical in Gurgaon, focused on working capital solutions for startups and new-age companies.

The role encompasses origination, anchor-led program development, deal execution, and DCM distribution, bridging on-balance-sheet lending with off-balance-sheet channels. Lead a high-performing team and manage portfolio risk.

Formación

• MBA/PGDM (Finance) or CA is mandatory.
• Tier 1 MBA or CA with CFA/CMA preferred.
• 12–16 years in working capital, trade finance, or structured lending; startup/VC network experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build a scalable origination engine via VC/VD relationships, founder networks and ecosystem partnerships.
• Design and activate anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs across vendor, dealer and channel networks.
• Own end-to-end deal lifecycle: sourcing, structuring, credit evaluation and closure.
• Structure working capital solutions including invoice discounting, SCF and structured debt; present to committees.
• Build and operate Debt Capital Markets (DCM) distribution channels with banks and NBFCs.
• Lead a high-performing team of deal managers and analysts; drive pipeline reviews and coaching.

Job Description New Age Business (NAB) Lead

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to build and scale the New Age Business (NAB) vertical, focused on working capital solutions for startups and new-age companies.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for creating a structured, scalable business in a segment underserved by traditional lenders. The role involves driving origination through deep engagement with the VC/founder ecosystem, building anchor-led supply chain finance programs, and establishing strong distribution partnerships.

The incumbent will also bridge on-balance-sheet lending and off-balance-sheet (DCM) distribution, ensuring efficient execution and strong portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Building & Origination

• Build a scalable origination engine through VC/VD relationships, founder networks, and ecosystem partnerships
• Drive consistent deal flow and create a predictable pipeline
• Establish the platform as a preferred working capital partner for startups and new-age companies

2. Anchor & Program Development

• Design and activate anchor-led Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs
• Build ecosystem-driven financing solutions across vendor, dealer, and channel networks

3. Deal Execution & Structuring

• Own end-to-end deal lifecycle: sourcing, structuring, credit evaluation, and closure
• Structure working capital solutions including invoice discounting, SCF, and structured debt
• Prepare and present credit proposals to internal committees

4. DCM & Distribution

• Build and operationalise Debt Capital Markets (DCM) distribution channels
• Partner with banks and NBFCs for co-lending and syndication
• Ensure effective distribution of larger mandates

5. Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing team of deal managers and analysts
• Drive performance through structured pipeline reviews and coaching
• Develop capabilities across credit, execution, and client management

6. Portfolio & Risk Management

• Ensure portfolio quality through robust underwriting and monitoring
• Track early warning signals and proactively manage delinquencies
• Maintain strong governance across deal structures and documentation

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in working capital products (SCF, invoice discounting, structured lending)
• Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills
• Understanding of DCM structuring and distribution models
• Experience in portfolio monitoring and risk management

Candidate Profile

Education

• MBA/PGDM (Finance) or CA (Mandatory)
• Preferred: Tier 1 MBA or CA with CFA/CMA

Experience

• 12-16 years in working capital, trade finance, or structured lending
• Proven track record in deal origination via startup/VC networks
• Experience in team management and portfolio ownership
