Key Responsibilities
- Analyze labor data and operational trends to identify opportunities for staffing optimization and improved productivity.
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to service levels, labor efficiency, and cost management.
- Support outage procedures and coordinate communication across teams to help maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to align labor strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate discussions and meetings to review workforce strategies and track progress against targets.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership using workforce analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and staffing guidelines.
- Prepare workforce metrics, trend reports, and analysis for stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation standards and support reporting processes for workforce planning activities.
- Assist with workforce management projects by tracking milestones and supporting implementation.
