Job summary

Redwood Software in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Workday Security Administrator to design, configure, and audit Workday security across HCM and Financials. You will own SoD analysis, manage access recertifications, and coordinate with Finance and HR stakeholders to ensure compliant configurations.

The role requires working with US-based teams during EST hours and handling audit requests with diligence.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on Workday security administration experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Financials security models (constrained vs. unconstrained).
• Experience supporting SOX-controlled environments and audit evidence requests.
• Experience with Workday EIB, Studio/Core Connectors, and report/calculated field security implications.
• Strong understanding of segregation of duties principles as applied to finance and HR processes.

• Own SoD conflict analysis and periodic access recertification with process owners.
• Serve as primary contact for SOX and internal audit requests related to Workday access controls.

This role is responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and auditing Workday security groups, domain/business process policies, and role-based access across the platform. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Workday security configuration experience and can partner effectively with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders based in the US while working a schedule aligned to Eastern time zone business hours.
