We are currently seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India.

Workday Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration Management: Design and oversee file transfers to Workday (monthly/daily transaction processing)
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data integration requirements and specifications
• Data Mapping & Analysis: Identify and document field mappings from source systems to target Workday modules
• ETL Development: Knowledge on AWS for data transformation and processing
• Documentation: Develop comprehensive requirements documents, data dictionaries, and process flows
• Lookup Table Management: Design and maintain reference data structures for data validation and transformation

Required Skills

• Technical: AWS, ETL processes, mainframe systems, Workday integration
• Documentation: Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and documentation
• Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping
