Job summary

Evernorth Health Services India, established in Hyderabad, seeks an IT Technical Support Lead Analyst to coordinate HRIT initiatives, security reviews, and application onboarding. You will partner with US teams to ensure enterprise standards, SSO, and provisioning are implemented effectively.

• New App Support: Provide technical consultation for application onboarding and implementation
• Solution Delivery: Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery
• Application Compliance: Review proposed solutions for enterprise security, architecture, and governance standards
• Application Authentication: Support SSO setup, authentication design, and user access management
• User Access Support: Assist with provisioning, role-based security, and identity management
• Application Readiness: Conduct connectivity assessments and readiness reviews
• Application Support: Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions

IT Technical Support Lead Analyst

The IT Technical Support Lead Analyst role will report to the Corporate HRIT Hyderabad Team Lead and will play a pivotal role within a high-performing team whose main objective is to support the delivery of Hyderabad and International Health technical solutions thru security reviews, connectivity, solution review, etc. Position will partner with US IT Delivery Team to ensure global technical requirements are met.

The IT Technical Support Lead Analyst serves as a key technical and governance partner supporting enterprise technology solutions from initial intake through implementation. This role is responsible for coordinating Information Protection reviews, facilitating CSCA and security review activities, supporting Solution Review Board (SRB) processes, and providing technical consultation for application onboarding and implementation efforts.

The analyst works closely with business stakeholders, Information Protection, Architecture, Infrastructure, Identity Management, and vendor teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, architectural, and operational standards. The role also provides hands-on support for technical setup activities including Single Sign-On (SSO), user provisioning, connectivity reviews, and production readiness assessments.

• Liaison between Hyderabad Team & US Delivery Teams: Serve as the primary technical support and governance resource for HR and enterprise technology implementations.
• Security Review Coordination: Coordinate Information Protection reviews to ensure applications meet enterprise security and data protection requirements.
• New Application Review: Facilitate CSCA, security, privacy, and risk assessment activities for new and existing technology solutions
• Solution Review Board Support: Support Solution Review Board (SRB) processes, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities
• New App Support: Provide technical consultation and guidance for application onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives
• Solution Delivery: Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, Architecture, Infrastructure, Identity Management, and Information Protection teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Application Compliance: Review proposed solutions for compliance with enterprise security, architectural, operational, and governance standards. Includes ongoing mitigation activities.
• Application Authentication: Support Single Sign-On (SSO) setup, authentication design, and user access management activities.
• User Access Support: Assist with user provisioning, role-based security assignments, and identity management processes.
• Application Readiness: Conduct connectivity assessments and technical readiness reviews for new applications and integrations.
• Application Support: Troubleshoot technical implementation issues and coordinate resolution across internal and vendor support teams.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of onboarding, governance, security review, and implementation support processes.

Education:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience with Technical HR application delivery and support.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and technical skills.
