• Communicate task progress clearly (daily updates).
• Troubleshoot issues independently and escalate only when genuinely stuck.
• Occasionally assist with basic on-page SEO implementation.

We're looking for a full-time, in-house Web Developer to build and maintain WordPress, Shopify or any other CMS websites for our clients — from new site builds to ongoing fixes and improvements. This is a dedicated role: you'll be the primary developer handling day-to-day project work, working closely with the founder and the rest of the team.

• Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor, PODS, and WooCommerce
• Handle bug fixes, plugin/theme updates, and site maintenance for existing client sites
• Follow our internal Definition-of-Done checklist for every task before marking it complete
• Communicate task progress clearly (daily updates) — no need to be asked twice
• Troubleshoot issues independently and escalation only when genuinely stuck
• Occasionally assist with basic on-page SEO implementation
