Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on WordPress developer who builds fast, uses AI tools as part of the everyday workflow, and is equally comfortable inside Elementor and in raw code. This role sits right at the intersection of visual page-building and hand-written HTML/CSS/JS/PHP.
This isn't a "drag a block, publish" role. We need someone who can take a design and build it exactly as intended, troubleshoot and extend an existing hard-coded site, and use AI-assisted coding tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do

• Build new pages and sections in WordPress/Elementor, matching design intent pixel-for-pixel
• Edit, extend, and troubleshoot our existing hard-coded WordPress site without breaking what already works
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Bolt, Replit, or similar) to prototype and ship faster
• Optimize for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
• Implement and maintain SEO fundamentals (schema, meta structure, clean URLs, site architecture)
• Set up and troubleshoot forms, integrations, and tracking (HubSpot, GA4, GTM, and similar tools)
• Collaborate directly with marketing and design to turn Figma/design files into live pages
• Maintain site security, backups, plugin updates, and performance hygiene

What We're Looking For

• 6–8 years of hands-on WordPress development experience, ideally with real Elementor + custom-code hybrid projects
• Practical, current experience using AI coding tools as part of a real workflow — not just "aware of them"
• Experience building or maintaining complex, multi-page marketing or corporate websites (not just brochure sites)
• Working knowledge of site performance optimization and basic technical SEO
• Familiarity with marketing tool integrations (HubSpot, form plugins, analytics/tag managers)
• Strong attention to visual detail - can match a design file exactly, not "close enough"
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of the site, and communicate clearly with a marketing team that isn't technical
• Exposure to headless WordPress or API-driven builds
• Front end tech know how and basic backend

Nice to Have

• Experience with custom Elementor widgets or theme development
• Basic understanding of Webflow or other modern site builders
• Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment
