Key Responsibilities

• Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and email courteously.
• Document all end user information including name, department, contact details, and issue nature.
• Record, track, and document all queries and problem‑solving steps taken.
• Follow standard processes to resolve client queries as per defined SLAs.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases and self‑help documents.
• Analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future problems.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (All streams accepted).
• Key Skills: Excel proficiency – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation.
• Good communication skills for client interactions.
