Nityo Infotech Limited seeks a Profile - LAN and Wi‑Fi Design Architect (SME Engineer) in Bengaluru. You will lead complex campus LAN and WLAN designs, driving multi-region deployment projects and RF planning across enterprise environments.

With 12+ years in networking and 5+ years as architect, you will deliver high‑level and low‑level designs, standardize architectures, and collaborate with senior tech, security, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise networking, with 5+ years as architect or design lead for campus LAN and WLAN.
• Proven delivery of global or multi-region designs (50+ sites or 1,000+ access points).
• Deep knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching and routing: VLANs, STP, VRF, OSPF/BGP, EVPN-VXLAN or campus fabric designs.
• Expert wireless design: 802.11ac/ax/be, RF planning, channel and power design, roaming, high-density and guest designs.
• Network access control and identity: 802.1X, RADIUS, certificate-based authentication, dynamic segmentation, posture assessment.
• Resilience design: redundancy, high availability, failure‑domain design, upgrade and rollback planning.
• Experience with major enterprise LAN/Wi‑Fi platforms (Cisco, Aruba, Mist, Extreme) and ability to assess others.
• Wireless survey and planning tools (Ekahau, Hamina).
• Strong documentation: HLDs, LLDs, standards, decision records and executive‑level summaries.
• Stakeholder management with senior technology, security and business leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead campus LAN/WLAN design for multi-region deployments across 50+ sites or 1,000+ APs.
• Develop and maintain HLDs/LLDs, standards, decision records, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with senior technology, security and business leaders to align designs with strategy.
• Conduct RF planning, surveys, and performance optimization for high-density environments.

• 12+ years in enterprise networking; 5+ years as architect or design lead for campus LAN and WLAN.
• Proven delivery of global or multi-region designs (50+ sites or 1,000+ access points).
• Deep knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching and routing: VLANs, STP, VRF, OSPF/BGP, EVPN-VXLAN or campus fabric designs.
• Expert wireless design: 802.11ac/ax/be, RF planning, channel and power design, roaming (802.11r/k/v), high-density and guest designs.
• Network access control and identity: 802.1X, RADIUS, certificate-based authentication, dynamic segmentation, posture assessment.
• Resilience design: redundancy, high availability, failure‑domain design, upgrade and rollback planning.
• Experience with at least one major enterprise LAN/Wi‑Fi platform (e.g. Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper Mist, Extreme) and ability to assess others objectively.
• Wireless survey and planning tools (e.g. Ekahau, Hamina or equivalent).
• Strong documentation: HLDs, LLDs, standards, decision records and executive‑level summaries.
• Stakeholder management with senior technology, security and business leaders.

Certifications

Candidates need at least one expert- or professional‑level networking certification plus one wireless design certification; equivalent certifications from any vendor are accepted.
