Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a WFM Real-Time Analyst (RTA) in Noida (Sector 60) for 3–6 years of experience in Workforce Management, Intraday Management, and Queue Management. This is a Work from Office role with a 5‑day week.

You will monitor service levels, occupancy, and shrinkage, handle incident management and stakeholder communication, and work with tools like NICE, Verint, Aspect, AWS, and Genesys. Immediate to 15 days notice.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Workforce Management, Intraday Management, and Queue Management.
• Experience with NICE, Verint, Aspect, AWS, Genesys is preferred.
