Job summary

Hiresquad in Bengaluru is seeking a WFM Scheduler to plan, develop and maintain comprehensive schedules. You will be the single point of contact for the Business Unit and help structure core scheduling activities.

This fast-paced role requires strong communication, proficiency with computers and a willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment. Experience with WFM software, particularly IEX and Alvaria WFM tools, is required, with team handling and a mindset for continual learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Workforce Management for contact centers.
