Job Description:

As a Western Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for training students in various Western dance styles, choreographing performances, and fostering a love for dance among students of all ages. You will create a structured and engaging learning experience while also assisting in academy events and student performances.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Dance Instruction and Training
   • Teach various Western dance styles, including Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and more.
   • Develop lesson plans and structured classes for different skill levels and age groups.
   • Ensure students understand rhythm, coordination, and expression through dance.
   • Provide personalized feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence.
2. Choreography and Performance Preparation:
   • Choreograph dance routines for academy events, recitals, and competitions.
   • Organize and rehearse students for stage performances, ensuring professionalism and creativity.
   • Collaborate with musicians, teachers, and event coordinators for seamless performances.
3. Student Engagement and Coordination
   • Motivate and inspire students to explore their artistic potential.
   • Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
   • Communicate with parents about student progress, attendance, and upcoming events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Dance or Performing Arts (preferred).
• Proficiency in multiple Western dance styles.
• Strong teaching experience with students of different age groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Passion for dance education and mentoring students.
