Job summary

Gokaldas Exports in India is seeking an HR Welfare professional to oversee worker welfare activities, conduct committee meetings, and provide guidance at the HR Helpdesk. The role includes engaging workers, reviewing attendance, and maintaining welfare records.

The candidate will coordinate mothers meetings in creche and support productivity improvements through counseling and welfare initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various committee meetings of workers & Mothers meeting of creche children.
• Counsel the workmen as and when required to enhance productivity and resolve any personal issues of the workers.
• Conduct absenteeism review on a daily basis, identify root causes and address the issues.
• Resolve all issues and advice workmen at HR Helpdesk.
• Conduct various engagement activities for workers to improve their morale and motivation.
• Maintain all statutory & non-statutory records related to welfare.
