Job description

Websites at Sirican aren’t decorative — they’re the primary sales and brand tool for most of our clients. You’ll be working across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and custom builds, always with user behaviour front of mind. A great design that nobody converts on is a failed design. You know that.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Design and build websites that look sharp and actually perform
• Wireframe, prototype, and work through multiple feedback rounds without losing the plot
• Collaborate with developers to ensure your vision comes through in the build
• Audit existing sites and identify what’s killing conversions
• Keep up with UX and design trends without chasing every one of them

What We’re Looking For

You can tell the difference between a beautiful website and an effective one — and you know how to make them the same thing. You think in mobile-first. You care about load times, hierarchy, and whitespace.

Bonus Points

Webflow or Elementor proficiency. Basic understanding of CRO principles.
