Job summary

Amex GBT in India is seeking a Website Content Publisher to manage daily publishing, updates, and optimization across digital platforms. You will build landing and resource pages in WordPress, ensure brand, legal, and SEO guidelines, and collaborate to deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires HTML/CSS basics, CMS fluency, strong English communication, and the ability to work with global teams across time zones. The position offers flexible benefits and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of website publishing experience via content management systems, specifically WordPress.
• Proficiency in website and content management practices and guidelines.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, SharePoint, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with English fluency.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day content publishing, updates, and optimization across assignment projects and digital platforms.
• Build new website landing and resource pages aligned with brand standards, legal guidelines, and SEO/AI search protocols.
• Collaborate with interested parties to gather requirements, develop mock-ups, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Partner with web development teams to identify and report issues, bugs, and platform enhancement opportunities.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and share outcomes and recommendations to ensure successful deployment.
• Contribute to and maintain documentation related to publishing processes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Champion procedures in web content publishing and guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business objectives and align content initiatives with delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail.
