Job summary

ZingHR is seeking a hands-on Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist to own and scale our enterprise website from Mumbai. The role focuses on improving site performance, driving higher demo conversions, and ensuring robust analytics tracking.

You will build scalable Webflow sites, run CRO experiments, and optimize user journeys. This in-office, Mumbai-based position requires strong Webflow expertise and a track record of performance-driven design.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Webflow development for enterprise sites.
• Experience in CRO and running A/B tests to optimize conversions.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain scalable, responsive Webflow websites using Client-First / Relume.
• Plan and execute A/B tests & CRO experiments.
• Optimize demo funnels, user journeys and conversion drop-offs.
• Manage Webflow CMS and modular landing pages.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, SEO, GTM & GA4 tracking.
• Use tools like VWO/Optimizely, Hotjar/MS Clarity & PageSpeed.
