Google is seeking a Web Solutions Engineer for the Tools Automation and Infrastructure team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on building and optimizing modern full-stack web applications with reliable back-ends and data pipelines, using Google-specific development tools and UX-rich front-ends.

You will analyze problems, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver scalable tooling that benefits numerous Google products and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Math or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience with back-end languages (Java, Python, or C++).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy, and improve modern full-stack web applications using standard and Google-specific software development tools which included ensuring reliable back-ends, building pipelines to aggregate data from multiple sources, implementing responsive and User Experience (UX)-rich front-ends, or enhancing performance of existing tools and services.
• Analyze problems and develop solutions, while identifying dependencies and resolving issues to drive implementation.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and utilize knowledge of Google's related technologies, principles, practices, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional users and stakeholders to identify pain points and devise technical solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.


• 2 years of experience in full-stack software development.


• Experience with back-end languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C++).


• Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience designing and optimizing databases.


• Experience with unit testing, agile project development, and bug and change management systems.


• Ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a dynamic environment and to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.


• Ability to provide effective technical solutions to business challenges.
