Responsibilities

• Facilitate consideration of alternative technical solutions by coordinating discussions and evaluating risks.

Job description

Shift Timings- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM / 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Flexibility required for extended shifts based on project needs)

Work from Home/Office- Currently work from home with few days in office in a month

Remuneration- As per company policy

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the successful and timely completion of all exam assignments and projects.
• Serve as a point person for project-related issues, resolve challenges proactively, and elevate larger issues when required.
• Verify test functionality and design testing strategies for delivery or scoring methods.
• Assure the accuracy and quality of exam deliverables, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot exam problems and provide effective support to clients and client services on technical issues.
• Facilitate the consideration and research of alternative technical solutions by coordinating discussions, evaluating risks, and analysing costs with relevant stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Required
