You will implement new pages, optimize performance, security, and SEO, and integrate CRM/analytics tools. Multilingual site experience is a plus, with a focus on user experience and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience building responsive, SEO-friendly sites across browsers and devices.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and basic PHP/backend.
• Familiar with GA4, GTM, and Search Console for analytics and tracking.
• Able to integrate websites with CRM/marketing tools and APIs.
• Strong focus on performance, security, and accessibility.
• Experience with multilingual/international websites is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a technically proficient and digitally oriented Web Development Specialist to manage, enhance, and continuously optimize the company’s digital presence. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Global Digital, IT, and external agencies to ensure that websites and digital platforms are technically robust, user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and continuously improve company websites and digital platforms.
• Develop and implement new web pages, landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, secure, SEO-friendly, and optimized for all major browsers and devices.
• Translate design concepts and wireframes into functional, high-quality web interfaces.
• Manage website content, navigation, forms, integrations, and other functional elements.
• Work closely with Marketing and Content teams to publish and update website content in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, broken links, performance bottlenecks, and website errors.
• Implement SEO best practices, including technical SEO, metadata, structured content, page speed, and site architecture.
• Integrate websites with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, forms, and other third‑party platforms.
• Set up and manage Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular website audits covering functionality, performance, SEO, security, and user experience.
• Coordinate with external web development agencies wherever specialized technical support is required.
• Maintain proper documentation of website architecture, integrations, credentials, plugins, and technical changes.
• Ensure adherence to global brand guidelines, web standards, accessibility requirements, and data/privacy practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging web technologies, AI‑enabled digital tools, UX trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Essential Technical Skills:

• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Responsive web development
• CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent
• Basic PHP / backend development knowledge
• SEO fundamentals and technical SEO
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Website performance optimization
• API and third‑party integrations
