Job summary

Hdfc Securities is seeking a Web Developer to build and deploy web applications from scratch and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines and execution.

You will maintain thorough documentation of technical specs, code changes, and architectural decisions, while applying best practices in frontend development, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on web development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
• Strong knowledge of the React library and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies, CDNs, Load Balancing, Caching, Nginx, browser APIs, HTML, CSS.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web security best practices.
• Willingness to work in a startup-like environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

We are looking for someone with:

4 - 6 years of hands‑on experience in web development, with a significant focus on React.js

Strong fundamental knowledge of the React library and JavaScript

Solid understanding of Frontend technologies, CDNs, Load Balancing, Caching, Nginx, browser APIs, HTML, CSS

Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards

Following aspects would be a plus:

Prior experience in FinTech
