TSP Global Group, a fast-growing startup, seeks developers who can build websites from scratch using templates and structured systems. You will focus on speed, accuracy, and execution while delivering high-volume projects.

You will work with WordPress and Webflow, ensure pages load quickly and are error-free, and adapt templates to client needs. AI tools may be used to boost productivity, but not replace core skills; a portfolio is required.

About the Role

We are looking for developers who:

• understand how to build websites from scratch
• can work efficiently using templates and structured systems
• are comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and productivity

This role is focused on execution, speed, and consistency

• Build and customize websites using:
• WordPress (preferred)
• Webflow (optional)
• homepage
• inner pages
• forms and basic integrations
• Customize templates based on client requirements
• Ensure websites are:
• fast loading
• error-free
• Fix bugs and handle minor changes independently
• Follow internal SOPs and delivery timelines

Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)

This is a high-performance execution role

• Target: ~1 complete website per working day (after initial training period)
• Weekly output: 5–6 websites
• Monthly output: 20–25 websites

This is achievable through:

• structured workflows
• pre-defined templates
• Experience building websites from scratch (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of:
• HTML
• CSS
• Basic knowledge of:
• Working knowledge of:
• WordPress
• Ability to debug and solve basic issues independently

Good to Have

• Experience with:
• Familiarity with:
• ChatGPT or AI tools
• Basic UI/UX sense
• You must be able to build websites without complete dependency on AI or templates
• AI tools are:

• but NOT a replacement for core understanding
