Summary:

Designs and develops backend microservices for Payroll and Onboarding using Java and Spring Boot. Implements REST APIs, workflow orchestration, rules engines, payroll and conversion pipelines, document and KYC services, and integrations with external and internal systems. Builds asynchronous processing, security layers, logging, monitoring, and API gateway patterns. As a Web Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and testing of web-based applications tailored for various site components. Your typical day will involve editing site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites, ensuring they remain relevant and user-friendly. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the web applications, contributing to a seamless user experience.
