Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer & Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress and modern website platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, updating, and maintaining our existing websites while also creating new websites and landing pages.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good technical knowledge, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day website requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress.
• Build and customize websites using Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or similar builders.
• Create high-quality landing pages for marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Manage, update, and maintain existing websites.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins and themes.
• Handle website content updates, forms, pop-ups, layouts, and design changes.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, secure, and user-friendly.
• Troubleshoot basic website, hosting, plugin, theme, and layout issues.
• Implement basic SEO, speed optimization, backups, and security practices.
• Maintain consistency across website branding, fonts, colors, images, and layouts.
• Test websites across different browsers and devices.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to implement website requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress.
• Good experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/PHP is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and customization.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website speed optimization.
• Familiarity with hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and website migration.
• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Experience working on websites for education, healthcare, digital marketing, consulting, e-commerce, or service-based businesses is preferred.
