Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through regular meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing relationship management. Day-to-day activities include assessing client goals and risk profiles, recommending suitable investment and wealth solutions, monitoring market developments, and rebalancing portfolios as needed. The role involves coordinating with internal product and research teams, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring all client interactions comply with regulatory and internal guidelines. The Wealth Manager is expected to proactively prospect new clients, deepen existing relationships, and maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial planning, investment products, and portfolio management, with the ability to interpret market trends and explain them clearly to clients.
• Proven relationship management, client advisory, and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, handle complex discussions, and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in sales or business development in financial services, with a track record of acquiring and retaining high-net-worth clients in a compliant manner.
• Ability to work with data and reports, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or wealth management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP, NISM, CFA (level cleared) or equivalent are an advantage.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment in Bengaluru South, with readiness to meet clients in-person and occasionally travel within the region.
